Before I jump into this post I would just like to say a massive Thank You to everyone that has been supporting my blog recently! The amount of views/comments/etc has been overwhelming and I truly find myself grinning from ear to ear every time I get a notification!
Now todays post is going to be something nice and simple. I was originally going to use this for a YouTube video and went even as far as filming it but it was apparent from the footage I would be much better writing it as a blog post!
Speaking of YouTube I have got a video that has gone up this morning (Saturday 25th July) and I have one scheduled for next Saturday (1st August). I have had a brief break and I'm ready to spend my spare time getting back into it.
Now less of the chitter chatter! I'm going to get right into the This or That tag! (Beauty Edition of course!)
Blush or Bronzer?
I would definitely choose bronzer as I really do like to lightly contour my cheeks and I would much rather do that than add a flush to my cheeks. I also think that blusher comes off of my skin quicker than bronzer does so most certainly bronzer!
Lipgloss or Lipstick?
Lipstick! Nothing worse than a sticky lipgloss!
Eyeliner or Mascara?
Mascara! I am not really much of a eyeliner wearer and if I do wear it, it's only in the waterline. Mascara is an essential for me even on 'no makeup days'! Eyeliner with no mascara would look weird. Mascara without eyeliner however does not!
Foundation or Concealer?
Concealer as I'm not a huge foundation wearer anyway. Bye bye blemishes and under eye circles! That's good enough for me.
Neutral or Colour Eyeshadow?
Neutral! I'm boring and not brave. haha. Neutrals are effortlessly great for day and night too!
Pressed or loose eyeshadow?
Pressed is much easier to work with and not as messy so definitely pressed!
Nails
OPI or China Glaze?
Neither? Erm. OPI I guess!
Long or Short Nails?
If my nails weren't weak I would say long! Long nails look lovely painted! Sadly, long nails don't work for me so I always opt for short!
Acrylic or Natural?
Natural! Been there, done that with acrylic - not worth the hassle!
Bright or Dark?
Bright in Summer and Dark in Winter?
Flower or no flower?
No flower! No time!
Body
Perfume or Body Spray?
I love a good perfume! Seem to last much longer even though they are more expensive!
Lotion or Body Butter?
Lotion in Summer and Body Butter in Winter? If I have to pick I suppose Lotion! Body Butter can be a bit too sticky for summer!
Body Wash or Soap?
Body Wash is much nicer! I hate it when a bar of soap is slippery and sticks to the side of the bath whilst it's drying! Body Wash seems to come in much better scents too!
LUSH or Other bath companies?
We don't really have any other big brands for bath accessories so I would say Lush! I do love them though!
Fashion
Jeans or Sweat Pants?
Sweat Pants indoors and Jeans outdoors! I don't like to leave the house in Sweat Pants unless I'm ill or going to the gym!
Long or short sleeves?
Short Sleeves! Long Sleeves really irritate me on a T-shirt!
Dresses or skirts?
I practically live in dresses! Don't need to find a matching top either unlike with a skirt! I really wish dresses/skirts were longer though!
Stripes or Plaid?
None really but stripes aren't too bad!
Flip Flops or Sandals?
Sandals! I cannot deal with flip flops! Plus I don't like my feet!
Scarves or hats?
Scarves for sure! I love wrapping up in a big chunky scarf in the Winter time! Hats make my head too hot.
Studs or dangly earrings?
Studs definitely. I have a 7 year old brother and I wouldn't put it past him yanking dangly earrings out!
Necklaces or Bracelets?
Necklaces - Well Necklace to be precise. I have a locket that I wear every single day and I don't wear any others. Bracelets scrape against the table when you write and it drives me mad.
Jackets or Hoodies?
Jackets because hoodies mess up my hair. haha!
Hair
Curly or Straight?
Curly if I had enough time everyday but I normally stick to straight!
Bun or ponytail?
A high ponytail is the way to go! I am rubbish at doing buns!
Bobby Pins or Butterfly Clips?
Bobby pins! Although I have lost about a thousand of them!
Hair Spray or Hair Gel?
I always think of Hair Gel to leave a rock solid effect in your hair so I always go for Hair Spray! Urban Fudge do an amazing one!
Long or Short hair?
Long Long Long! I daren't cut my hair!
Light or dark?
Dark! Light doesn't suit me really.
Side sweep or Full on bangs (fringe)?
Side sweep! Although I am quite partial to a chunky full fringe!
Up or Down?
Down!! My ears are mahoosive!
