When a parcel came for me from Doris & Co a few days ago I was super excited to open it and share the contents with you all. After browsing their website I knew I wouldn't be disappointed and once I'd opened the package it was confirmed! Hello two beautiful home accessories.
The first thing in the parcel was this beautiful Vintage Christmas Mug. I loved the packaging this came in as I think it added that extra special touch (I'm a sucker for good packaging). The box it came in feels really sturdy and I love the fact the tissue paper inside, which was keeping the mug protected, matches the Doris & Co logo on the front. Personally, I think every detail counts and Doris & Co have it all figured out.
This vintage style mug is a half pint design which means it's bigger and better for a warming drink in the winter months (and well, all year round really)! I personally think there's nothing better than a hot drink on those cold days and this mug is perfect for warming you up!
The mug has lots of amazing details from the vintage santa design on the front to the exclusive Doris & Co logo marked on the base. Not only that but the mug is that bit extra special as it's all made in England using Traditional English methods.
My favourite thing about this mug definitely has to be the design. I love how traditional it looks and how it gives of that vintage heritage vibe. I also think it's going to last for years to come as it feels so solid and well made!
Also in the package was this lovely quote tea towel. This 100% cotton tea towel is printed with this gorgeous 'Old Friends Are Best' design which I think is so cute and meaningful. I think this would look so lovely hanging in the kitchen but it's also so practical! The 100% cotton means it's much more hardwearing and is very easy to care for too.
I really think that either/both of these items would make a really gorgeous gift. They're worth the money definitely from the lovely packaging (yes it makes a difference) to the stunning intricate designs.
Doris & Co have a variety of items available including vases, dishes and even hampers. Some of my other personal favourites available are the Made of Stern Stuff Hamper and the From Small Acorns Mug!
