Treat A Loved One This Mother's Day with Blossoming Gifts

As Mothering Sunday looms closer, I for one start to feel a sense of panic - what on earth do I buy for the lady who has done absolutely everything for me since the moment I was born? Obviously I jumped at the chance as I'm a lover of flowers and thankfully my mum is too! All that was left to do was to select a bouquet and wait for it to arrive! I chose the stunning 'Orangery' bouquet as it features my mums favourite flowers and was a gorgeous colour scheme!

Before I get onto the flowers themselves I will tell you a bit about pricing and delivery (because I know that's normally the first thing I'm interested in!)

So Blossoming Gifts features a range of bouquets (both flowers and confectionary), hampers and an assortment of other gifts - this is perfect when you're stuck for gift ideas! They also feature a large variety of offers on certain items such as free delivery on selected bouquets, free chocolates on selected bouquets and even things like free large upgrade or money off selected bouquets!

Flower bouquets range from 11.99 to 41.99 and delivery ranges from free next day delivery to selected date, before 12pm delivery which is £8. This means they offer a variety of services for any budget. Other extra services Blossoming Gifts supply are things such as extra gifts where you can select extra items (at an extra charge) such as wine, balloons or even a vase to add to your flower order!

Onto the bouquet I chose - the flowers arrived promptly the next day as it was said and came via Royal Mail. This delivery did require someone to be home as the Royal mail man had to knock (the box was quite large) but Blossoming Gifts do let you know in advance what date and the rough time scale your bouquet will arrive which means you can always be sure someone will be home to receive them!

When the flowers had been opened it was clear to see they were fresh and in lovely condition. All flowers were intact (no broken heads!) and the flowers sat very well in a vase to say they had come via Royal Mail in a box!

Inside the parcel (along with the flowers, obviously) was a lovely little Blossoming Gifts card. This would hold the gift message which you have the option to type on the purchase page. You have a maximum of 250 characters to write your gift message which leaves plenty of room to tell your loved one why you're treating them. This is perfect when you want to let them know just how much you love them this Mothers Day!

In your bouquet delivery there are Flower Care Instructions (on the back of the gift card). This just lets your loved one know how to look after their flowers from the moment they take them out of the packaging! If followed correctly, these instructions ensure the bouquet stays looking fresh for longer.

It states on the Blossoming Gifts 'About Us' page that they use the freshest flowers to guarantee the bouquet will stay fresh for up to 7 days and I can certainly vouch for this. We are now onto day 12 of our lovely bouquet and although we are a couple of flowers down we still have quite a large healthy looking bunch of flowers!
