Small Clothing Haul

Hello again!

Yesterday I had an appointment in a City near me so I had the opportunity to do a bit of (unnecessary)  shopping while I was waiting. I did go around with the intention of window shopping but £150 or so later I realised that was a silly idea. I thought I'd share the pieces that I bought with you. I will warn you now though, it's not very exciting!

First of all I'd just like to say I was in desperate need for jeans. Which is why I bought 3 pairs! (I'm not just a shopaholic I swear!)

I find the only jeans that fit well and stay the shape they're meant to be for me (particularly around the knees) are Topshop jeans. In particular the Joni Jeans because I love the high waist!
Now I know these aren't the cheapest but I would much rather buy jeans I'm comfortable in and know will last rather than buy cheap ones and have to keep repurchasing every month or so.

In the end I picked up a light blue pair, a darker blue pair and a burgundy pair. Now I've had the blue ones before and these will go with everything but the burgundy pair are way out of my comfort zone and I'm really hoping I can actually pull these off.

Next Primark! I always find Primark to be one of those places where you take armfuls of stuff in the changing rooms and only end up liking one or two things because of fit/quality. Which is a shame but nonetheless I did manage to pick up a couple of tops! They just might be exactly the same just in different colours. Yes, I'm that person.

The tops are a boxy shaped crop top with a knitted body and crotchet detailing along the trim of the arms and waist. These look really flattering on as the boxy shape drapes really nicely. I got a navy colour and a mint one which I thought would look really nice for Spring/Summer with a pair of denim shorts or jeans.

These were £10 a piece and for the amount of detail that's in them I thought this was a good price! Even if they only last me this year I can't really complain.

Also from Primark I got 2 pairs of Disney shoe liners in a pack. One is Mickey and one Minnie which I thought was really cute and for £2.50 I just couldn't say no. I also picked up a £1 pack of hair grips/bobby pins as all mine have disappeared off the face of the earth (or are in the hoover).

Now the last thing that was actually delivered earlier in the week was this Marcus Butler Smile beanie. I've never really been a hat person until recently when my mum bought me a cute bobble hat. Anyway, the word 'Smile' has a lot of sentimental value to me so when I saw this I ordered it straight away! It's such a good quality and was only about £14 with delivery which I thought was reasonable for a Limited Edition item.

Right so that's everything! Feel free to link below any hauls that you've done recently! I'd also love to hear what you would pair with the burgundy jeans!
